CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS 

In order to do our best to ensure our guests are staying in a safe environment, it is the policy of the Fat Cat RV Park to conduct a criminal background check on all adults 18-years old and older who apply for entrance into the park. Upon application for entrance into the park, prospective applicate and their guests staying with them will need to provide their complete name (first, middle and last), a valid drivers license number (including the state from which the license is issued), and their date of birth.

Deposit For Monthly Will Stay in Place Until Registered Camper Leaves.

RATES AND DEPOSIT

​All Camping units must be fully self-contained. Must have holding tanks.   No camping units older than 15 years old unless approved by office.

No mobile homes or Fema trailers. 

PETS

All major credit cards accepted.

Rates are:
 $50.00 a Night
$175.00 a week ($50.00 payable upon reservation)
$625.00 a month ($175.00 payable upon reservation)

TRAILERS/RVS

Only two (2) Dogs per site no animals larger than 60Lbs All pets must be approved by office at check in

All pets must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES.   Wildlife/farm animals are not considered pets and not allowed.  

Animals are the exclusive responsibility of their owners.

Pick up your pet’s/Service animals waste IMMEDIATELY and dispose of it properly

​Restricted Dog Breed/Mixed – Fat Cat RV Park does not allow the following:
*           Doberman                           
*           Rottweiler                                      
*           Mastiff
*           Staffordshire Terrier/Pit Bull/Pit                     Mixes/American Bully
